I used angel.co to rapidly send out tons of 1-click applications, a good portion of which turned into emails and/or phone calls. Of the bites I got, 3 of which turned into attention-worthy endeavors. Second with the advent of the internet there are lots of places to go to research. You can look at job boards and just peruse what kind of openings are out there.
