While doing research on adding a user feedback form to my site I've run across some confusion regarding the fact that MonsterInsights seems to have multiple form plug-ins each with their own paid versions. For example I'm guessing you need several photo's, a title, a description, ....). These are all fields that need to be stored in the Database in some way.
