HaloITSM is an IT service management solution that helps businesses streamline the entire incident lifecycle, from ticket creation to issue resolution. It enables professionals to update the status of incidents and view details including ticket ID, priority level, issue summary, and date created.
HaloITSM allows organizations to link new incidents with existing requests and share potential solutions with team members or end-users through the knowledge base. Managers can specify default values such as categories, priority, service-level agreements, or mailboxes before creating requests. Customer service agents can view upcoming tasks on a calendar and streamline approval processes by requesting validation on ticket creation or modifications.
HaloITSM facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as Slack, Microsoft Office 365, Okta, Splunk, Facebook, Twitter, and more. Other features of HaloITSM include reporting, compliance management, status tracking, a self-service portal, collaboration, and auditing. It also helps businesses generate maintenance requests, store asset details, and set validation rules across configuration fields using IP addresses or numeric passwords.

Are you looking to send emails through the server directly ? You should never do that. Instead, you first need to choose an SMTP provider (mailgun, postmark etc) and then use a WOrdPress plugin that can use that SMTP. I highly suggest using this one : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
I suggest a plugin like WP Mail SMTP (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/) and set up the website to send email using SMTP. Source: 11 months ago
Typically you'd need to be making sure your site is configured to send email through your actual mail server, using something like WP Mail SMTP. Source: over 1 year ago
My organization, a non-profit, uses Gsuite for email, so I'm thinking sending via that server might be all around a better idea. I see WP Mail SMTP by WPForms – The Most Popular SMTP and Email Log Plugin and some others in the plugin repository that look like they might do what I'm looking for. Source: almost 2 years ago
I also want to recommend the WP Mail SMTP plugin. It makes setting up email really easy, including swapping out email services. I'm not sure how you'd integrate it into a custom app, but I'm sure it can be done. Source: almost 2 years ago
Https://haloitsm.com/ might be a good fit. It's a solid, full featured system with a huge number of features. Source: over 1 year ago
Looking for a spiceworks replacement also. Does anyone have experience with https://haloitsm.com/ or https://gogenuity.com/. Source: over 2 years ago
