Especially if you recently migrated from Windows, I'm sure you'll like HyperSwitch. It's lag-free, keyboard window switcher. Show all apps with it's windows in one list, like in windows. But I'm not sure it works on arm, my mpb on intel. Source: about 1 year ago
As a millennial, the first thing I do when I get a new Macbook is install Hyperswitch [1] which makes Cmd+Tab cycle through all windows of all applications of the current desktop. The regular OSX workflow seems to be only good for a workflow that includes a single maximised Chrome window with a million tabs open.
