I was previously subbed to the "recommended" or default VPN that the service used to advertise (vpn.ht). For the past 3 days I can no longer connect to that service, their support isn't answering any emails, and I'm even unable to change my password on their website to log into my account. Don't use an installed copy of Tomcat. The layout can be different than expected and permission problems can appear at the worst time. For one, it needs to be able to write to that conf directory.
