This was the easiest collaborative video I’ve made to date. Normally I struggle (greatly) with whatever free software is out there but even the older generation had no issues getting their videos onto the platform. Their chat support went above and beyond answering about a million questions and the video turned out fantastic. Lots of options for music/theme/customization. My only suggestion at the time was to see a preview of the video.... and now they offer it!!!! Way to go VidDay!
I've used it a few time now and compared to the others I've tried it just works so much better for my invites to submit. The support staff looked after anyone that had questions and the turn around for the video was nearly instant!
I was extremely happy with our Vidday video. Customer support was very helpful and I was relieved there was not an app to download. We will treasure our video forever. Thank you, Vidday!

A nice souvenir for a teacher is a video montage of photos and short video messages of their students. A few websites — like vidday.com — make it easy to invite parents/students to upload pictures and videos, and with the click of a button, the video montage is put together and ready to share as a surprise with the teacher. Wikidpad is quite functional. It's not the prettiest but it does its job. I don't know if or how you can implement images. But it's free and maybe worth a try. Source: over 1 year ago

If your work is not published its very likely to be removed by a mod on Wikipedia, but when it comes to organizing your world, a personal wiki is by far the best way to do so. There are lots of tools out there, both free and premium. I would recommend doing some research on all of the suggestions in this thread and find what works for you.
