First off I am thankful that as of yet they have all arrived- I currently have one I am a bit worried about now. These are packages ordered from multiple platforms and retailers. That was my first thought. If you go to usps.com to find out what their rules are, they have a ton of information about dogs as far as mail carriers are concerned, but nothing about their policies in their offices. I had to dig around to find that out. Source: 10 months ago

Go to usps.com and click on "send mail" and "find a zipcode". Then plug your address. It will correct it for you if you are entering it incorrectly. Maybe you've been using the wrong zip code or something. Source: 10 months ago

You might want to sign up for Informed Delivery from the USPS. It's free. They basically send you a B&W photo from the sorter machine of mail that's coming to your address. It's a good way to know if your mail has gone missing. I use it mostly because I don't get much junk mail and it saves me time from having to walk to the mail boxes at my apartment every night.
