I currently consider writing my own form framework. I like the idea to provide a JSON form definition and the tool should output the form and basic data management code and also (maybe) validation. I personally like UI Kit, they provide the css and js for basic components that look good. Just use their documentation as a reference, copy and paste the HTML with classes. Source: about 1 year ago
