Tredict Reviews

  1. Performance-focused analytics

Tredict is the most capable, comprehensive tool I've found for analysing fitness and training. It's kind of like a business intelligence package for your legs (although unlike the average BI package it's pretty intuitive to set up_. You do an activity (or plan an activity) and see how it affects your fitness curve. It's designed for athletes who are working with a training plan or a coach, and it really delivers. I used it to prepare for a 200 mile ride this summer, and it helped me take two hours off last year's time - I'm sold.

    👍 Pros:    Privacy|Privacy concisous|Intuitive user interface
  2. New on the market

Tredict seems to be new on the market and I am deeply impressed how progressive and stable it is. They are saying datacenter is in Germany, which is very important for me. I just uploaded 6 years of my training history into Tredict and I am just blown away about the detail of statistics of my runs and rides I've never seen before. Next I will try the planning mode, which seems straight forward.

    👍 Pros:    High performance|Privacy
  3. Personal support

Trained for an ultra with Tredict. Had an perfect overview about what I did and what I want to do. Extremely detailed insights into my runs in combination with my Forerunner. Love the map with intensities. Very responsive.

  • running programming
I'm currently using trainasone.com to generate my running plan. You can set a race goal or just set a general goal. Since it's adaptive, if you do something else or miss a day it will re-generate what it thinks is the optimal next workout for you. Source: 10 months ago
  • Script to transfer TrainAsOne running workouts to Polar Flow
Hey guys, I got fed up with manually re-creating my workouts from trainasone.com in polar flow each day, so I hacked together a basic automation script at https://github.com/fneu/TrainOnPolar. Source: 12 months ago
  • New feature after last update? Daily suggestions for an entire week!
I had been using trainasone.com precisely for that purpose, I guess it’s completely redundant now as Garmin also knows when I haven’t slept well or I’m dead tired and adjusts accordingly. Source: about 1 year ago
  • How to import a future workout using tcx file
I have downloaded a workout training file, .tcx file format, from trainasone.com. This is a workout to be completed today, NOT a previous, historical workout. Source: about 1 year ago
