Honey are brilliant for their offers for takeaways mainly, I once also saved over £30 when purchasing protein in bulk on a single order.
Honey might be a bit more popular than TransUnion SmartMove. We know about 14 links to it since March 2021 and only 11 links to TransUnion SmartMove. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
One potential solution is to limit showing to one day of the week, then give applicants a chance to apply on the spot (a service like mysmartmove.com that they pay for can give you a fast response) and allow them to make their deposit and sign a lease the same day. Source: about 1 year ago
Thank you so much! A great real estate investor you are. I experimented a little bit at mysmartmove.com and myrental.com with a couple of emails and they works exactly like what you described. I have just sent out my applications to the grad students from myrental.com. I chose my myrental.com simply because I see that it costs a little less than mysmartmove.com . Just trying to help the college kids save a few bucks. Source: about 1 year ago
I'll type slow... mysmartmove.com You create an account, when applicants give you name and email, you fill out that info on the website. The applicant pays the fee, enters their SSAN and verified their ID. Then, you get a report on their pay, credit and criminal history based on TransUnion searching them. You never see their SSAN. Which, if that info were ever compromised, I would worry about liability. Source: about 1 year ago
Mysmartmove.com run by TransUnion. You never see the SSAN and get a report they can't edit. Source: about 1 year ago
Also rentcheck.com and mysmartmove.com are websites that vet tenants for a minimal fee. Source: almost 2 years ago
Everything else I use joinhoney.com just to collect cashback on purchases. Source: over 1 year ago
Joinhoney.com is probably the most popular one. it's an extension (i think a phone app as well) and when you're shopping it will popup with a coupon code for the store if there is one available, either from the net or their own. Source: over 1 year ago
I used GIFT15 the other day but you should get honey just to make sure you're getting the best deal! Source: over 1 year ago
And similarly, Honey is a browser extension that automatically finds and applies coupon codes at checkout with a single click. Visit joinhoney.com and use promo code KOKIRI to start saving today. Source: almost 2 years ago
You have to download the Honey extension from joinhoney.com and make an account and link it to Paypal. When you go to the Gamestop product page for this drive it pops up on the top right and says activate deal. Then you just checkout like normal and when they confirm your purchase they give you honey gold which you can redeem for money through a Paypal transfer. I will say keep a screenshot of the deal activated... Source: almost 2 years ago
