I have just sent out my applications to the grad students from myrental.com. I chose my myrental.com simply because I see that it costs a little less than mysmartmove.com . I'll type slow... mysmartmove.com You create an account, when applicants give you name and email, you fill out that info on the website. The applicant pays the fee, enters their SSAN and verified their ID. Then, you get a report on their pay, credit and criminal history based on TransUnion searching them. You never see their SSAN. Shut down your credit with all three bureaus. You can get free credit reports and views at creditsesame.com and creditkarma.com. If you think that reporting your nmother to the SS administration would get you thrown out, I would wait until you can escape. Source: over 2 years ago
