Time Out is free, but you can donate for extra options, which I personally do. This is one of these succesful macOS apps that just keeps being updated every year or so. I would try zocdoc.com as a starting point. If you have health insurance, you can put in what company it's with so they will pull up providers in your network. If not, there's an option for that too. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him.
