Relying on backdrop-filter has one issue: even if you have a transparent background behind your blending element, the rectangle behind it will look black or white too. Many of the standard handwritten fonts don't always connect properly and still look like desktop typeography. There was a pretty slick application from handwriting.io years ago that used an API that would use different variations of u/c and l/c characters so they looked more realistic. I believe the application would return a variable image file of your address info and used real pen written characters to achieve... Source: about 3 years ago
