The app in question, is an app/site called teuxdeux. Unlike many other to-do apps, this one is VERY bare bones, with very few fancy features to get overwhelmed or distracted by, which I like a lot. Write it all down in a planner (hard copy or digital- I prefer paper because my pen-brain connection is stronger). Need to reply to an email? Schedule it for Thursday at 10am. Call a friend? Put it on the books with a time. Trash goes out on Tuesdays? Make a note with a checklist for Monday nights. Also ask the developer how they want to work, and if there is a software they like to use to facilitate the work. Are they Kanban? Scrum? Waterfall?
