I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best. The next thing you want to look into is file integrity. Files can get corrupted & if you update your backup with a corrupted version of the file the backup isn't much help. If you're hoping to retain data for an extended period of time look into file hashing.
