I agree, you could try: Https://rive.app/ Https://svgartista.net/. Source: almost 2 years ago
I have 2 SVG files that I want animated and turned into a GIF, the site https://svgartista.net/ doesn't allow exporting as SVG. It's a shame because this is doing exactly what I need. I tried svgator but that could not open up my SVG files on that site, which is annoying. But yeah, anyway I have these two SVG files and I need them turned into gifs, so if you can help, I'll pay $20 for both. Thanks so much. Source: about 2 years ago
This could be done in css, but it's pretty complex. You would probably use custom animations with keyframes. Animation of logo looks like svg animation where you are somehow animating path. Look for svg animation example here: https://svgartista.net/. Source: over 2 years ago

So that website came in very handy. - Source: dev.to / 12 days ago
To create this CSS glitch animation, we used the clip-path property. You can use Bennett Feely’s Clippy tool to generate clip-path properties in any of the preset shapes or to make a custom clip-path. Ours had only four points — what if yours has eight points like a spider? - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
Also, the hair fringe was perfectly suitable for a clip-path. I used this other cool website in order to better visualize what I was clipping. I basically want a triangle, so I can obtain it with:. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Is there an offline equivalent to the online "clippy" editor? Preferably one with more features? Source: 10 months ago
However all of that is a lot of fiddly nonsense if you can just use a clip path: Https://bennettfeely.com/clippy/. Source: about 1 year ago
