For these types of deals you can look at sites like realtymogul.com, crowdstreet.com, fundrise.com, and realcrowd.com. Most 401k's have very limited investment choices - certain families of mutual funds, most being quite broad. That's fine for the slice of savings / investment that most folks are allocating to them.
