Due to some other systems I play, I've used startplaying.games in the past. I'm always searching for Cortex games, but never find any. This might be due to the fact that of all the games I see in the dropdown menu (including new and old, and several relatively obscure games like Marvel Heroic Roleplaying, Mistborn and Root), there isn't a menu selection for Cortex. So I added the pdf for the player rulebook, monster manual, and command cheatsheet for the avrae discord bot found on dndbeyond.com as a tool to help run games through discord. There are countless videos on YouTube around how they play at the tabletop, but I think the best place to start would actually be dndbeyond.com. You will be locked to the basics, but you can get an idea from character building there because you can create characters and see how stats impact rolls and explore class features.
