• Made a Custom GPT4 that functions as a DM for DnD 5E.

  So I added the pdf for the player rulebook, monster manual, and command cheatsheet for the avrae discord bot found on dndbeyond.com as a tool to help run games through discord.   There are countless videos on YouTube around how they play at the tabletop, but I think the best place to start would actually be dndbeyond.com. You will be locked to the basics, but you can get an idea from character building there because you can create characters and see how stats impact rolls and explore class features. • Spent April learning Unity, started a little dice roller to show off the dice my brother designs

  It's just a little "virtual dice roller" for times when people don't have physical dice in hand. Meant to be usable for rolling dice, but not overly sophisticated -- there are some really great online dice rollers like dndbeyond.com which I have no intention of challenging.   Not sure if I have ADHD or not (getting tested next month) but I manage all the math of combat by using the encounter tracker on dndbeyond.com. It has saved my butt that last 8 months, especially since I have 8 players. I could never manage combat sessions without it. Source: about 1 year ago

  Run something prewritten the first time out. If you can't/don't want to spend money on a Starter Set, then Lost Mines of Phandelver is free on D&D Beyond, or if you wanna try a one shot first, then Winghorn Press has a number of very good freebies.
