I very strongly disagree, use serial numbers if at all possible, set up Snipe-IT, and you'll never have to change labels again. As long as you are the one handling provisioning, repairs and such, or those who do is allowed access, you'll always know the location, status and ownership of everything in there. I've tried tawk.to and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm. Has anyone tried something like this before to guide me ? Any suggestions? Source: 11 months ago

I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
