Request Tracker is an older ticket system that also does asset management and can associate tickets with assets. It can be rather tedious to configure, as I recall, but it can do almost whatever you want. Hope you know some perl. I've been using ShareX (https://getsharex.com/) for some years, which is also open-source, and very featureful while not feeling too bloated, though Windows only.
