Once your address is out there it's pretty difficult to get it down. That said, you can use a service like Removaly (the one I created with a fellow redditor) to make sure people search sites aren't posting your address for anyone to easily find from a simple Google search. Source: over 1 year ago

They also don't ban and lie about anti-tracking extensions like AdNausium (a data poisoning adblocker[0]). Chrome banned it from their store. As well as other extensions like Bypass Paywalls Clean.
