You should definitely check for "Do not sell my personal information" notices (and whether or not you have disabled them) as well as sites like https://haveibeensold.app/, https://haveibeenpwned.com/, and https://breachdirectory.org/. Aside from that, you should try using a VPN and firefox w/ duckduckgo for a few weeks consistently. After that, simply getting your home IP changed by your ISP should stop all...
