Read the Docs is the standard de-facto for serving technical documentation, especially popular among Open Source projects. It supports Sphinx and MkDocs out of the box, supports multiple versions of the documentation and localized versions. But, if the problem you're having has more to do with getting all of your spacing between paragraphs inside a Scene screwed up, check if you have MultiMarkdown enabled in your compile settings. If you do, and you want it, Chapter 21 in the manual gives a decent starting guide, as well as the MMD founder's website. Source: 11 months ago
I don't really understand what you're looking for, but the comments lead me to think of one thing that might be a little relevant, if not directly useful for you. Markdown does not support exponents. Some variants do, however. MultiMarkdown does. You can use x^2 or y^(a+b)^ for example. Source: almost 3 years ago
