In Vermont, you can file for an LLC online. Small business credit cards are roughly equivalent to consumer credit cards, you will need to provide a personal guarantee, and cash back is your best bet: 2% flat-rate is most likely your best option. I bought ECDB, but left the open-source software available on GitHub for anyone who wishes to take it further.
