Been using Qualaroo for in-page surveys, and honestly, it just works. No complicated setup, no guesswork—just pop in a survey, get feedback, and move on. The fact that we can control how much we spend based on responses is a big win. Reports are clean and don’t make us dig through piles of data. Plus, it fits right into our workflow.

    Go where your users are

Apart from the survey-building, I have been using Qualaroo because it offers tons of different channels to deploy your surveys, and you can collect feedback from your users no matter where they are. There are also plenty of integration options to make the most out of the survey data.

    🏁 Competitors: Qualtrics
    👍 Pros:    Multi-channel surveys|Easy survey embedding|Few integrations
👎 Cons:    Working with some of the integrations can be a little tricky

Not a fan of pricing, but I am here for the features!

We wanted to collect feedback from the leaving customers, so we used surveys and triggers to show our pop-up as the visitors were about to leave the website. Through the branching logic, we were able to redirect some of the visitors to the right pages and stop them from leaving. The tool was handy, and I would recommend it.

    🏁 Competitors: Qualtrics XM
👎 Cons:    Pricing is the only drawback, i think. the features of the tool were good. so, i guess, if you can ignore the prices, you should try this tool.
