Not a fan of pricing, but I am here for the features!
We wanted to collect feedback from the leaving customers, so we used surveys and triggers to show our pop-up as the visitors were about to leave the website. Through the branching logic, we were able to redirect some of the visitors to the right pages and stop them from leaving. The tool was handy, and I would recommend it.
🏁 Competitors: Qualtrics Core XM👎 Cons: Pricing is the only drawback, i think. the features of the tool were good. so, i guess, if you can ignore the prices, you should try this tool.
