Recently when I click on my bookmark for Airbnb hosting in any browser - it launches a second tab to priceline.com. Is there a way to stop this that I am just to much of a luddite to grasp? Source: 6 months ago
Definitely browse through flights using a 3rd party like booking.com or priceline.com, but buy your tickets directly from the airline. You never can be sure what the 3rd party ticket includes and you may be denied a refund or hotel room for a canceled/detoured flight if you book via 3rd party. Source: 11 months ago
My friend would like to stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Anaheim for a night, and she asked about 3rd party companies for booking a room. I'm only familiar with booking.com and priceline.com, but they say that the Great Wolf Lodge isn't accepting reservations through them. I did a Google search, and it listed a bunch of 3rd party companies. I recognized a few of them like Expedia, Travelocity, and Orbitz. I read... Source: 11 months ago

I am in Florida. Are you over 21? If not, you cannot buy alcohol. Do not use drugs in Florida. If you get caught, you will spend time in jail. Tip meals 15% - 20%. You can tip other people too but a few bucks is usually sufficient for taxi's, uber, bellmen, etc. There is a lot traffic and uber/taxi's are expensive. Public transport sucks too. Better to drive if you can, rent a car at the airport. ... Source: about 1 year ago
I use both hotels.com and also booking.com mostly for booking accomodation but its also 100% worth using trivago site to search and see if anywhere else has the same hotel cheaper (This has saved me loads in the past) its not a great site I find for searching hotels in a region, Use hotels and booking for that then use trivago to price comparison it. Search on hotels.com or tripadvisor or other places to find things in your price range. You might have to stay outside of Manhattan, and before you book make sure to research commute times from the potential hotels to the places you want to visit. Source: 5 months ago
I use hotels.com, because they have 'pay when you get there' hotels, that way Im not charged if I dont show. Source: 5 months ago
It's $60 a night during peak holiday for a reason. Good hotels in that area are 4 to 6 times that. Looking at the ratings on Expedia and hotels.com, yeah, it's a shit hole. Did you read the reviews before you booked? Source: 5 months ago
