I think homework and self-learning activities, along with a tool like campuswire or piazza to help build a student knowledge base where both the students and you/any TAs you have can help answer their questions is also a big plus. If you can manage a flipped classroom, that honestly may be a strategy to consider, even though it requires more planning and enough flexibility on your part to answer questions... If you still want to do 61A, when you feel like you need help, please get that help, whether it means going to OH, CSM, posting on Piazza, asking on the CS 61A Discord, asking questions in discussion/lab, reading the textbook, forming study groups, searching on Google / StackOverflow / Python docs / W3Schools / Programiz / PythonTutor (you'd be surprised how helpful that is), etc. Source: over 2 years ago

Khanacademy.org is a fantastic resource for math, as well as many other courses. If you have access to the internet, try taking some of the courses there. They mirror what is taught in public schools with classes for all grade levels. There are other resources like edx.org that can provide free courses in topics like computer science and business. The "best" professors/teachers I saw yet, where radiating an exhuberant joy while talking about their topic. It is fun to listen. They where a russian teaching in america who recorded a series about physics for TTC, The Teaching Company. He got voted best professor in america twice.The other one was David Malan of Harvards CS50 on [0]. Beware though, it sadly spoils you for later lectures by others.
