The 7 Best Bitcoin Wallets That You Should Use For Storing BTC
I personally prefer hardware wallets like Ledger Nano X for storing a significant amount of bitcoins because of the high-security features. And I use desktop wallets to keep bitcoins which I am not using for daily transactions. So that whenever required, I can quickly connect my desktop wallet to the Bitcoin network and transfer bitcoins.

  • We Need to Rewild the Internet
I personally am more interested in micro-hosting services like omg.lol[1]. I do self host a few services, but they are generally on VPNs that have smaller attack surfaces. I don't think it's practical for most individuals to maintain secure web servers, but I think most people can pay a very small amount of money to get most of the benefit. • Ask HN: Looking for lightweight personal blogging platform
Omg.lol (https://home.omg.lol/) has not been mentioned. You get quite a few nice bonuses from it (like community!) for a very reasonable, imo, $20USD a year. At least give it a look my friend! - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago
  • Ask HN: I got the .com for my surname, best way to share this with family?
I have a relatively uncommon surname, and I was eventually able to get the surname.com At this time, I have the most basic G Suite account using the domain name, so I can have myfirst@lastname.com, although I am not tied down to this. I just did it because after playing with proton, fastmail, and others, gmail was the most reliable email. If I want to share the opportunity to have firstname@lastname.com with my... - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago

  • Verify already installed LedgerLive?
However, if you did verify the hashes of the installer and downloaded it from ledger.com and then you were updating your app all the time, there is no risk for you and your Ledger Live should be genuine. Source: 5 months ago

  • Ledger from 3rd party
Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Been using fine for years (device genuine checked on ledger live and etc) and is authorised reseller from official ledger website ledger.com still 3rd party? Source: 9 months ago
  • Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?
Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago
  • Nano X - Orange Box from Authorised Reseller from Ledger.com
I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal? See attached. I know that ledger changed their packaging but I heard it was in black which is different to what I got. Can you confirm it is safe? Source: 10 months ago
