I understand that year-round weather might be important factor for you. But I would still say that the fundament of nomad lifestyle (both historical and current) is following important patterns (of weather, animals, prices, interests...), so whether somewhere one of this factor is stable (year-round) is not so important when you are nomad, as you can harmonise your changing places with the change of these... That's years after Riftcat/VRidge, iVRy and AMD ReLiveVR did it and finally Airlink only happened because VirtualDesktop was stealing the show, an as far as I know only existed because this engineer started it on their own, PC compatibility was very very low on Metas TODO list. One way is with Vridge / Riftcat, which is the only program I know of which allows you to use the Flow with SteamVR. You have to install Riftcat on your PC, which can be downloaded on their website and then you have to install vridge on the Vive Flow.
