My art lover started with art classes on Outschool link. It's not a ton social, but it does help with learning to talk to others in a safe space and doing a fun activity. I always make this recommendation when educators post here. Have a look at the Outschool program https://outschool.com it's a remote learning company that I have a niece that teaches through them.
