If you don’t have (or you don’t want) a hardware MIDI interface, you can definitely set up something similar with a MIDI patchbay/merger/splitter software (MIDI Lab, MIDI Patchbay, etc). In either case, the idea is to merge all or several of your inputs together so they show up as a single port, and echo all inputs to all outputs (except themselves). Source: about 2 years ago
Has anyone here used this software called [MIDI Lab](http://"MIDI Lab | Soundigy - Digital Audio, Video & MIDI Solutions" https://soundigy.com/midilab.php) it seems super heavy duty and good but I can't find any resources for it. I'm trying to decide if its worth trying to figure out or if I should just go with MIDI translator pro. Source: over 2 years ago
I doubt they'll do that anytime soon. However when Music is available for desktops, you can do some hack around: mapping MIDI keys to computer's keyboard. Source: 5 months ago
Finally, you need a program to convert the MIDI commands into keystrokes that Sky can understand. I'm using a program called Midikey2Key. Once you have installed the software and launched it, select your midi device in the drop down menu, then go to Start/Stop Listening, select "Log to Window" and click Start. Source: 7 months ago
Hi, it is on the to-do list but I don't know when it will be added. In the meantime I believe it is possible to use a program that translates midi keys into regular keystrokes, which you can then bind in LSG. Such as this: https://midikey2key.de/. Source: 10 months ago
This is a MIDI controller, although for most people, the original functionality isn't as useful as being able to convert the inputs to hotkeys or macros and turn this into a budget Stream Deck or in-game macro controller. This is usually done with MidiKey2Key, AutoHokey, and/or Voicemeeter. There's also an OBS plugin that appears to still work but hasn't updated in years. Source: about 1 year ago
I am using the software Midikey2Key for this: https://midikey2key.de/. Source: about 1 year ago
