I doubt they'll do that anytime soon. However when Music is available for desktops, you can do some hack around: mapping MIDI keys to computer's keyboard. Source: 5 months ago
Finally, you need a program to convert the MIDI commands into keystrokes that Sky can understand. I'm using a program called Midikey2Key. Once you have installed the software and launched it, select your midi device in the drop down menu, then go to Start/Stop Listening, select "Log to Window" and click Start. Source: 7 months ago
Hi, it is on the to-do list but I don't know when it will be added. In the meantime I believe it is possible to use a program that translates midi keys into regular keystrokes, which you can then bind in LSG. Such as this: https://midikey2key.de/. Source: 10 months ago
This is a MIDI controller, although for most people, the original functionality isn't as useful as being able to convert the inputs to hotkeys or macros and turn this into a budget Stream Deck or in-game macro controller. This is usually done with MidiKey2Key, AutoHokey, and/or Voicemeeter. There's also an OBS plugin that appears to still work but hasn't updated in years. Source: about 1 year ago
I am using the software Midikey2Key for this: https://midikey2key.de/. Source: about 1 year ago
What you need: - something that sends MIDI-Signals to Windows (obviously) - Midikey2Key - AutoHotkey - some unused and weird keybinds. Source: about 1 year ago
I don't understand completely what you're trying to do. But if what you want is to convert the midi signal into keystrokes Https://midikey2key.de/. Source: over 1 year ago
Maybe this (haven't tried, I'm on Mac) Https://midikey2key.de/. Source: over 1 year ago
A lot of these USB pedals are about as sturdy as piano sustain pedals. More literally though, the Logidy UMI3[1] is a MIDI-over-USB foot controller that uses guitar pedal-like switches. It's designed to serve as a hardware interface to software loop control, but you can use a MIDI yoke or translator[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] to turn MIDI input into keystrokes, game input, etc. 1: https://www.logidy.com/umi3 2: Using... - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
Can you install some other kind of midi program just to check if that sees it as a midi device and gets the key presses? For example https://midikey2key.de/. Source: over 1 year ago
I used https://midikey2key.de/ with a midi fighter and the latency wasn't noticeable. Source: over 1 year ago
This can do it. I guess you'd make a batch file for each video and launch a video player based on the event. A video player like VLC can limit itself to one instance. That means each time you run a batch file it will just play the new video in an existing window. Source: about 2 years ago
I did it with midikey2key which is not very good but it works https://midikey2key.de/. Source: about 2 years ago
But you could use some other program to convert the MIDI input to keystrokes. Googling it brings up this software: MidiKey2Key. Source: about 2 years ago
