  They called me to tell me that they had locked my account. I've had my gold card for over 29 years, so I asked why. They said it was because someone in Russia was trying to login to americanexpress.com with my username. I said I thought it was ridiculous that they allowed anyone in the world to disable my card if they guessed my username, and the guy said he couldn't help and hung up. I called back, and it took...
