  Today however though I had a phone call from an unknown 0800 number, answered it, but there was nothing on the other end. Okay fine.   OP is talking about the americanexpress.com login for an amex, probably not associated with any kind of bank. The offers are under the "home" section after you log in at the very bottom, and you need to register them to your card.... I dont have a gopro one though, just a bunch of garbage Ill never use like Estee Lauder :(. Source: over 1 year ago

• Credit score dropped over 70 points after taking personal loans

  This is what I'd assume but (at least) American Express seems to count personal loans in "Current balances". If I log in to americanexpress.com, then go to "Free Credit Score and Report" page there's section "Credit summary". It lists: Late Payments, Opened Accounts, Inquiries, Length of Credit History, Available Credit, Current Balances and in "Current Balances" it added my personal loans so right now it's higher... • Amex Offers add doesn't work? Kept getting "something went wrong" from website.

  Hi, this is almost certainly due to the ad blockers being overly ambitious again, this happened a few weeks back too, then they fixed their blocklist. Can you please try disabling your ad blocker entirely, logging out of Amex, then back in again and confirm that works? If so, if you can then just whitelist americanexpress.com with your ad blocker you shouldn't have any more problems. I'm working on a better... Source: over 1 year ago
