If you are learning Digital Art there are really good Digital programs like Krita + Medibang that are free on PC. I love CSP but with the way they've been going, I don't feel like it's proper to recommend them :C - I have used Krita and Medibang for my job and genuinely, nobody can tell the difference. If you have a computer that can run a graphics program, you could do digital art and comissions. There are a number of free programs out there - Photopea is free but online only, Medibang works on Windows/Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android and appears to be free across all platforms. Tomas Wittelsbach is a traditional sculptor, turned ZBrush jewellery artist. Check out some of his live streams on pixologic.com. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini.
