Could try Lonely Mountains Downhill. It is a reflex game, but there’s an easy mode where you just bike down the mountains with no time constraints. There are 6 or 7 check points on each trail, so even if you careen off the side, you can just instantly restart your run at the last check point and you don’t lose too much time.
