  Of course, you need some kind of DAW software in your PC that receives MIDI (from LPK), creates the audio data and sends them to Volt. If you have zero experience with this, start with some kind of simple and self-contained DAW, like e.g. "LMMS" (free download).   There's also hundreds of decent free legal plug-ins to download like at pluginboutique.com or there's plenty of youtube channels that review free plug-ins. It's a real deep rabbit hole. Learn the plug-ins that come with Reaper first. Don't blame the plug-ins if you don't sound good.
