  Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Been using fine for years (device genuine checked on ledger live and etc) and is authorised reseller from official ledger website ledger.com still 3rd party? Source: 9 months ago

• Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?

  Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago

• Nano X - Orange Box from Authorised Reseller from Ledger.com

  I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal? • Freewallet - how to withdraw/exchange coins - Problem Solved!

  After much frustration and trial and error I set up the 2FA authentication, which is an option on the security tab on freewallet.org. You will need to download google authenticator to do this. After I did this I no longer needed email verification to withdraw/exchange coins! Problem solved. Source: almost 3 years ago
