Best Bitcoin Wallets
The Ledger Nano X and Ledger Nano S are hardware wallets that keep your bitcoins safe in an offline device. About the size of a USB flash drive, Ledger devices connect to your phone or computer to store and access your digital holdings. The device is surrounded by a stainless steel cover, which makes it very durable.
The 7 Best Bitcoin Wallets That You Should Use For Storing BTC
I personally prefer hardware wallets like Ledger Nano X for storing a significant amount of bitcoins because of the high-security features. And I use desktop wallets to keep bitcoins which I am not using for daily transactions. So that whenever required, I can quickly connect my desktop wallet to the Bitcoin network and transfer bitcoins.

  • Verify already installed LedgerLive?
However, if you did verify the hashes of the installer and downloaded it from ledger.com and then you were updating your app all the time, there is no risk for you and your Ledger Live should be genuine. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Stax Update
We know you’ve been waiting for an update on your Ledger Stax order and we apologize for the wait. Thanks for your patience and being the first in line. The Ledger team’s top priority is delivering Ledger Stax to you and meeting our stringent quality standards. • Ledger from 3rd party
Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Been using fine for years (device genuine checked on ledger live and etc) and is authorised reseller from official ledger website ledger.com still 3rd party? Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Transfer funds to other hardwallet if Ledger Nano S is defect?
Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Nano X - Orange Box from Authorised Reseller from Ledger.com
I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal? See attached. I know that ledger changed their packaging but I heard it was in black which is different to what I got. Can you confirm it is safe? Source: almost 2 years ago

  • 2 years ago, I called out FTX for being a fraud on this subreddit.
BitBox is a hardware wallet designed and I think manufactured in Switzerland you can find it here https://shiftcrypto.ch or their shop https://shiftcrypto.shop. I have both Trezor and Ledger the other major competitors BitBox is my favourite out of the 3 then Trezor then Ledger mostly because their source code is open and available to verify on GitHub for free whereas Ledger is proprietary. • Need help finding possible wallet key on old hard drive
If you want to install bitcoin core you can get it from bitcoin.org. But depending on what you want to do it’s probably not the best option. If you want to get into bitcoin and want to make sure your coin stays save you should get a hardware wallet. Bitbox 2 is a great option: https://shiftcrypto.ch/ If you are just going to have a few dollars in crypto, and aren’t too worried about it possibly getting stolen you... Source: over 2 years ago
