Should I be concerned because I bought Ledger device from authorised reseller from official ledger.com because it's a 3rd party? Presumably you still have the seedphrase? If so, you can buy a new Ledger and restore it (make sure you get the official version of Ledger Live from ledger.com only). You could also get a Trezor and put in the same seed phrase, but Trezor doesn't support that many coins, so you may get stuck for some coins. Source: 10 months ago
I’ve received my Nano X from authorised reseller from ledger.com, not Amazon or third party. The box is in orange and black and the container is white. Is it normal? See attached. Hello support. I'm in the US and have a Binance.com account I opened back in 2017. I recently tried to withdraw from this account and withdrawals have been suspended. I was unaware that I needed to migrate to binance.us. I have not yet filed an appeal. I just opened a binance.us account and am awaiting appeal.
