  • Booked a holiday on lastminute.com. Want to cancel but not being offered a full refund
I booked an expensive package holiday on lastminute.com using a credit card yesterday for next March. Only when I got the confirmation today do I realise that many details were not what I thought they were (checked luggage not included, domestic transfers not included). None of this was mentioned on the webpage while we were booking it. Source: 8 months ago
  • Advice regarding Lastminute.com flight change practices + Ryanair ID verification endless loop
Contacted Ryanair, they said it is already done, and I do not need to do it anymore. Now I am stuck in an endless loop and nobody is able to resolve the case. I was told several different stories, depending on the agent who is available through their chat system. One agent told me they tried to contact me once, and because I did not take the call, they could not proceed with the change that was already agreed via... Source: 9 months ago
  • lastminute.com is cancelled my flight even though it still exists
A week later I received another email telling me my departure flight (Lufthansa) is now also cancelled and I would receive a refund. After investigating this one I realised that not only is the flight still running, lastminute.com are even selling it (at double the price I paid). I have argued with them multiple times explaining that I never requested a refund. They just keep repeating "the airline cancelled the... Source: 9 months ago
  • Has anyone ever booked with loveholidays before and wants to share their experiences?
Ive used lastminute.com without any issues and they have a lot of complaints online as well, but I dont go for anything really complex. Source: 10 months ago
  • has anyone booked with lastminute.com before?
However, I am looking to fly to South Korea in July and lastminute.com have a deal pairing two separate flights i.e have to re-check in for the guts of 300 euros cheaper then what it would cost me to book direct with the airline. Source: 12 months ago

  • When do you guys book accommodation?
I use both hotels.com and also booking.com mostly for booking accomodation but its also 100% worth using trivago site to search and see if anywhere else has the same hotel cheaper (This has saved me loads in the past) its not a great site I find for searching hotels in a region, Use hotels and booking for that then use trivago to price comparison it. • 16 day itinerary for a roadtrip starting in San Francisco and ending in Las Vegas
To answer a couple of your questions, there are plenty of roadside motels near the National Parks. I usually use hotels.com or google to determine which chains are where and book directly with the hotel. Source: 5 months ago
  • Places to Stay for Bachelorette Party
Search on hotels.com or tripadvisor or other places to find things in your price range. You might have to stay outside of Manhattan, and before you book make sure to research commute times from the potential hotels to the places you want to visit. Source: 5 months ago
  • [Help please] Hotel charged us for more than $2000 for no show, what can be done?
I use hotels.com, because they have 'pay when you get there' hotels, that way Im not charged if I dont show. Source: 5 months ago
  • I stayed in the worst hotel in NYC.
It's $60 a night during peak holiday for a reason. Good hotels in that area are 4 to 6 times that. Looking at the ratings on Expedia and hotels.com, yeah, it's a shit hole. Did you read the reviews before you booked? Source: 5 months ago
