It really depends on the device and what software it comes with natively. You should be able to edit it in whatever notes/text-based editor comes on your phone. Low impact cardio can help you lose weight as effectively as high impact cardio. Set yourself a goal of walking at 7k steps a day until you reach the goal of 10k steps a day.
