It's definitely going to be hard to find something in that range in the EU. In the US we have constant individual sellers of guns, and it's pretty easy to buy/sell them in each state. From what I understand of EU laws, deactivated is the only kind you can easily get, and 95% of deactivated rifles are rifles that companies have bought, made look pretty (cleaned and polished), and generally run in the 500-1000...
