I've been playing with this project. It's been around a few years and it's a great alternative to internal.io or retool. Github shows a lot of activity, would love to see it grow. It has some great videos on youtube showing you how to use it. Not sure what your requirements are, but internal.io has an on premise version which can be deployed to your own infrastructure, which if managed correctly should be HIPAA compliant. Our onprem version doesn't have a free version like our Saas version though. Maybe you could play around with our SaaS version and if it meets your needs reach out regarding our onprem pricing.
