I've been playing with this project. It's been around a few years and it's a great alternative to internal.io or retool. Github shows a lot of activity, would love to see it grow. It has some great videos on youtube showing you how to use it. However they're about 4 years old, they don't always match the interface but the majority of them are accurate enough to show you how to build an internal app. I'm not... Source: over 1 year ago
Kick the tires on internal.io Worth noting I'm an engineer there so I'm particularly partial to it. Source: over 1 year ago
Checkout internal.io too. Caveat: I'm an engineer there. We have customers using us to build tools on top of Supabase. So in your categorization we'd fall into Frontend side of Backend + Frontend. Source: over 1 year ago

Not sure what your requirements are, but internal.io has an on premise version which can be deployed to your own infrastructure, which if managed correctly should be HIPAA compliant. Our onprem version doesn't have a free version like our Saas version though. Maybe you could play around with our SaaS version and if it meets your needs reach out regarding our onprem pricing. The next step I need help with is finding the right platform to market myself on. I’ve already been recommended Unity and Yahaha.
