One game which kind of is in the same ballpark as the game you are describing (minus the online part) is CrossCode which is also developed in HTML5 with https://impactjs.com/. Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini.
