I use my Xbox controller with the JoyXoff app that has a very clean Xbox look popup keyboard. Works great for my use and you can toggle the mouse/keyboard function and use it as a regular controller with a few button combos. Very customizable to control all media, volume, and pretty much any keys/button customization you want. Source: 12 months ago

I would recommend installing this on the PC you are connecting to: https://joyxoff.com/en/. Source: about 1 year ago
