JoyToKey (or Joy2Key) enables PC game controllers to emulate the keyboard and mouse input, so that windows applications and web games can be controlled with your favorite joysticks! I use my Xbox controller with the JoyXoff app that has a very clean Xbox look popup keyboard. Works great for my use and you can toggle the mouse/keyboard function and use it as a regular controller with a few button combos. I just started using https://joyxoff.com/en/ as a free alternative to controller companion after a few recommendations. Not sure if it maps the buttons you need, but it’s worth a try. Very simple to use. Source: 12 months ago
